Refunds

The important bits and pieces.

Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item if you would like a refund, or exchange. Refunds are available for damaged items and exchanges are available for change of mind of non personalised items. For damaged items, we will send you a return label. For change of mind, buyer covers the actual cost of postage. 

Buyer is responsible for return postage costs. Order cancellations is not allowed. If there are concerns about the order, contact us and we can fix them.

If we made the error with your order, or the product is damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days and we will cover the postage costs and replace your order immediately.

Policy can change without notice.
